My bike was bucking badly at 3500-5000 rpm. Remapping didn't help, new ecu, tps, plugs, etc had no effect. 2 mechanics spending a total of 11 hours couldn't solve it either.
Sunday I took it to a bike show and was emabarrassed when it stopped running altogether as I was taking it back to my trailer. It has all this turbo stuff wedged inside the inner tank area and earlier that day it had stopped running due to a pinched fuel line. Thinking it was the same problem again I popped up the tank to check it out. A little crowd gathered around to check out the bike. I didn't really want to tell them "uhh, I'd start it but...". I turned on the ignition and eventually worked my way to the fuel pump wiring harness. I shook it. What do ya' know, a short. It seems that with all of that stuff under the tank two of the wires had come partially unplugged. Needless to say it runs alot better with a constant fuel supply. Too bad it tool 2 mechanics and 11 hours to find this. I also had it remapped to try to fix the problem so now I'll have to put it back the way it was. Even so, I was the happiest guy at the show. Glad to hear all finally went well. Did you ever get a chance to fire it up for the crowd after your quick fix?

Yeah I got it fired up but the crowd was gone. Now I'm going to get the pc mapp and ecu back to the way they were. The original owner still has the correct map in his laptop and has offerred to help. Thank God, because it would be a bit*h to dyno it back to the way it was. Thanks to all that helped. This board rocks!!! --Jonn
