My '99 busa was just recovered today. It is wasted. I need a right ferring, windshield, right mirror, both fork tubes, front fender, rear seat, right front directional, and an upper ferring bracket for the front upper ferring. What happened to your Hayabusa? Did it get stolen or "Car/motorcycle jacked",gee sorry to hear about your problems.Hope you get it back to normal again.
 
It was stolen last August, so I'm glad to have back what I have. AMICA INS. denied the claim because of the way I had it registered. But my real dilemma is the fork. The dealer has them listed at 916.00 per side. (ouch) Hasn't anyone out ther done upgrades?? I just want a good set of stock ones. How about the stock windshield??
 
Sorry RPM... My Advice is to buy a 2000 Hayabusa, put 500 miles on it and be sure to dog it the whole time. Strip that puppy and toss it in a ditch. Get all the parts and burn the remains! Make sure to Insure AND Register this one. Better luck next time :-( Brian
 
Stock windshilds are available from the Double Bubble Gang, Shipping may be a killer, go with a new one. My 2cents wofff
 
RPM, what color was your Busa?

There are many options, you just need to decide if you want to stay all stock or not?

I'm sure with the help of Cyclestuff you'll be able to replace most of your damage with better aftermarket parts.
 
RPM, I have a new, never installed right side fairing, black/charcoal. I also have a right side fairing with very, very minor scratches. I will sell either one. It's amazing you got it back. I would think most of these that get stolen would be taken by pros, and would be chopped within 24 hours or so. Bummer that your insurance stiffed you...you have to have all the bases covered legally, so that they can't get out of paying the claim, or they will do that. CYA.
