I blew up my garmin quest while trying to hard wire it onto the bike so it would power up when i turned the key on i don't even want to admit to everyone what i was trying to do needless to say it was a bonehead move on my part over the winter when it was to cold to ride and i had a few beers and a soldering iron in hand
Anyway I sent it off to be fixed back to garmin last Friday and today I received a refurbished one. I thought this was really cool of them being I got this as a gift for Christmas 03 . Also I did give them my credit card number in advance but still no charge has appeared they said it would cost $150 to fix. Just happy to deal with a company who stands behind there products
