my 'busa will live barring any unforseen sillyness. And I don't ride it like a nut. I ask this cuz I was surfing forums for other bikes (all different kinds actually) and doods were getting mad miles out of their scoots. The only common denominator I could come up with was 'busa destruction. Thoughts?

Busa's most often get destroyed for reasons that don't involve powerplant reliability. I would say if, no nitrous, no turbo, no racing, keep up with the oil changes, then you should be able to run 100K or more.
