IAT Removal

Greetings All,

When I went to do the Throttle Valve Synchronization service (4-67 of the service manual), I ran into the following problem.

While I could disconnect the IAT sensor coupler, I could not for the life of me figure out how to remove the IAT sensor from the airbox.

If anyone has any hints or suggestions for this I'd greatly appreciate it.

This may be a little late, but I just did this last night, so I'll post anyway. I left the IAT sensor alone until I got the air box off of the bike. At that point, I noticed that it is threaded into a copper "nut" inside the air box, so I just used a wrench to loosen it and unscrew it. Hope that helps...
