I got one a couple of weeks ago and I like it. I haven't used it as a back pack, but I guess it is there if I want to. I like the way it sits on the bike.

metricbikes.com. I paid like 84.00 shipped to my door. Don;t get upset if you oder from them. They will tell you it will be shipped in 2 days and really it is 3 or 4. They email you a ups and everthing else is great. I have odered a icon jacket, gloves, and the bag from them. I would oder from them anytime again.

I have a blue one and I like it alot. Holds the helmet okay. I think it is worth the 80 bucks that I paid on EBay.
