ideal and starting problem

my bikes only 5 days old and it just started having a hard time starting after it gets hot and it won't idle right either and it only has 90 miles on it but the dealer says this is normal till break in is done my last bike never had this problems but it wasn't fuel injected?

sounds like the dealer is trying to pull the shirt over your eyes. I would adjust the idle and check for a recall on the starter clutch...is it an 02 or 03?
