Idle speed?

I was looking at the owner's manual to find how to set the idle speed to 1050 or 1250 and don't tell me where is at or what do i need to remove to get to it. can anybody tell me how to get to it?

well last time i adjusted it, is when I had the right fairing taken off, right under the tank you can see a little knob.
I think that best way is to remove the 2 bolts that secure tha tank, lift the tank and on the right side close to the seat, you should see the adjustment knob

Remove seat. Raise tank. Turn screw with a spring on the right side(manual will show you a picture).

Here's a pic of the adjuster you'll use. In fact is the same exact knob you'll be twistin'.

When you adjust the idle you might want to put a drop of finger nail polish on the thread so it won't back off and lower the idle again like the Busa tends to do...

One other tidbit of advice: When setting the idle, you should let your bike warm up first. Once warm, make your adjustment. Once you've made your adjustment, let it idle for a couple of minutes after that to make sure it's where you want it. If not, then repeat as necessary.
