I installed integrated LED tail light and signals, which enable me to remove the ugly rear fender and turn signals that plague all sportbikes.
that DB looks completely natural on a Busa, but man is it DARK!
Just curious - is the dark smoke a dark brown or dark gray...and can you see at all through it?

I just installed Illumiglo 220 mph gauges that are white by day and blue by night. I can't capture the blue on a picture because the flash whites them out. Notice the small black box above the clock. That's the dimmer and color changer (to aquamarine) that I had no idea was a part of the deal. It works great. There's a Yellow Box under the rear hump that recalibrates the speedo. Also notice my very gay chrome coin holder on the left side. I like to tear up a local toll road and got tired of fumbling for change.........don't mess with me at toll booths. I'm as quick as a cager dumping my money now!

Because it's always cold in Western Pennsylvania I broke down and bought Widder electric vest, armchaps and gloves. If Widder made a crotchheater I'd have to buy that too! It's been snowing all weekend......it's got to stop I tell ya, it's just got to stop!

OH, I got off on a rant about the winter and forgot to mention in the above pic that all the Widder heater goodies run off one battery hookup whose outlet can be seen protruding slightly from behind the tank.

The piece de resistance of my mods is the BDE/Hindle street megaphone exhaust. It's so much lighter and more compact than those two ugly cans. It's also different from traditional sportbike mufflers; more reminiscent of MotoGP and its more lenient noise restrictions. This exhaust is loud, and I can remove the baffle for the track which supposedly adds 2-3 HP and makes ears bleed!

Here's a view of the street megaphone with the Corbin seats and oval seat back, which my wife will only occupy after she's been drinking, which means she's been on the bike ONCE. Just as well, she likes do sh*t like cover my eyes with her hands, hit me real hard on the side of the Shoei (shoooooeeeeey), or tickle me.....can you believe that crap..........but it's why I luvvvvvvvv her!

That DB dark smoke is freakin' black! I wouldn't try to look through it at night or even on an overcast day. You might be able to see through it on a sunny day, but then I've got my blue chrome visor on and can't see through the DB then either.

I've done a fair amount of work on it this winter because my seasonal affected disorder has kicked in. You know how bears hibernate in the winter..........well, I buy-bernate!
