just brought a 04 busa it has some crazy wiring done to the bike could someone pls tell me what there for

First one is a speedohealer. Corrects the factory error on the speedometer.
Second one can't tell unless you post what the wire is going to. Right now it is just a fuse holder.

So the wire with the inline fuse holder is just connecting from the negative to the positive of the battery?

That Speedohealer is the V3. Considering it's using dipswitches, it's pretty outdated. Likely it still works fine, but they are a pain to program. We are all using the Speedohealer V4 for the last 4-5 years now.

The second is a Powerlet accessory wiry, likely has a SAE connecter on it. That's where you plug in your battery tender, or any other accessory.
