Indiglow gauges are awesome. I got mine at S R motor sports, about 70 bucks. Everyone at bike night loves them. As far as changing, Shnitz Racing sells the YELLOW box. One specifically for the HAYABUSA but you can get one for most any vehicle with an electronic speedo. This attaches permanently to your bike and with this you can change the signal going to the speedo to match the new numbers
