Top AMA Teams Head to Infineon Raceway: Fans watch for Free

WHAT
Infineon Raceway will host Two-Wheel Thunder, a test session for top motorcycle riders on the AMA Superbike Series. The day will feature top Superbike riders, as well as Supermoto USA and SBFreaks Street Freestyle demonstrations.
WHEN
Tuesday, April 1, gates open at 9 a.m. Infineon Raceway is located at Highways 37 and 121, Sonoma (800-870-RACE, www.infineonraceway.com).
WHY
Riders will be testing the track in advance of the Kawasaki AMA Superbike Showdown, presented by Supercuts, May 16-18. The weekend will feature a Superbike doubleheader, as well as racing in Supersport, Superstock and Formula Xtreme, as well as vintage motocross, supermoto and street freestyle.
WHO
Top riders, including Mat Mladin and Ben Spies (Suzuki), Jamie Hacking (Kawasaki), Miguel Duhamel (Honda) and Petaluma natives Eric and Ben Bostrom (Yamaha) are expected to participate in the test session. All of the top manufacturers, including Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha, as well as a number of privateer teams are expected.
ADMISSION
Admission for race fans on Tuesday, April 1, is FREE and they will be permitted to watch testing from the grandstands and roam the paddock. They will also be able to watch the Supermoto USA and SBFreaks Freestyle demonstrations. Supermoto takes place all day, with street freestyle set for 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., both behind the main grandstand.
