I was talking to some buddies last night and my buddy (huge car guy) made the comment that in his opinion, the busa was like the bugatti veyron of motorcycles. That sparked the conversation of if the busa had been a car, what car would it be. Not only is our motorcycles amazing pieces of machinery, but also a piece of art. So in ur eyes what car comes to your mind that would be comparable to the busa.....

Heres mine....nissan GTR

Although it almost measures up to the Veyron in performance, and in itself is a work of art, the materials the BUSA are manufactured from, plastic, aluminum and steel do not even come close to the Veyrons hand built Carbon graphite, Leather and other exotics. The tires alone cost 30 grand a set. I think you would have to move up to a Duc or MV to compare and even then they are far outclassed.

Would love to see the 2013 Busa come with a Carbon Graphite swingarm bodywork and frame. Carbon wheels, ceramic bearings, Ohlins electronic suspension, HID/LED lighting, Computerized TC/ABS/Trip computer/GPS/cruise control. Brembo brakes. Leather seating and fancy wooden inlays. Titanium fasteners all around. Heated seat and grips.

Would hate to pay for it!

I would compare the Busa to a Corvette Z-06, or maybe a Camaro SS. I think your comparison to the GTR is spot on!

The Busa would have to be the 1970-71 HEMI Cuda. Fastest time in the quarted mile for production cars. A tenth of a second meant a lot for those 3500-4000lb cars. It took over a decade for anyone to produce a car that cut a quicker quarter mile time than the HEMI Cuda.

Yep, lots of cars will post better times than the Big Cuda, and EVERYONE was after the title of the fastest in the quarter mile. Years later when you ask what car was the fastest, you get it was XYZ! Look it up for yourselves.

LONG LIVE THE HEMI CUDA, LONG LIVE THE BUSA!

We won`t talk about the 1968-1969 HEMI Cuda.

+1 - the Busa is more bang for the buck , where the Veyron is a full blown exotic work of art. The Busa is more like the Z06 Vette I'd say

I'd put the Busa as a original gt-40. Unexpected champion for years and a recognizable design forever.

And they both have round butts

Id have to go with the dragster. The GTR being one of the most awsome cars out,I dont think we can compare it to the busa. The GTR can put down some serious Gs in the corner and we all know the Busa cant corner.

I disagree with the comment that the 'Busa can't corner, i've outcornered some friends with their 1000's and alot with 600's. The GT-R is a decent comparison i'll give you that, the Veyron is way off in my opinion. My suggestion would be the Viper ACR, loads of power and torque ready to tear you apart if you aren't ready for it, yet can be fairly relaxed when just cruising. Both kinda like a Jekyl and Hyde
