Intermittent flashing FI light...code C-42

Went to start the Busa this morning after it had been sitting (on a battery tender) for 4-5 weeks and got a flashing FI light. Turned the key back-and-forth and...it started right up. Have since tried a few more times and did get it to repeat so......I recovered the code with the paper clip trick and its C-42: Ignition switch.

I searched the forum before adding this post and didn't come up with anything. Anyone seen this before? Resolution?

Bike is a 2005 LE with power commander, GiPro and speedohealer.
