Here is a link to an interview with my Mom (Marilyn Gordon) on Alabama Public Radio.

It may not really be your bag, but if you have a half an hour and want to learn a little about what a girl from Oklahoma is doing with her life in her old age, check it out.
Even after Mom's part of the interview, the rest is even better.

Kevin

The reply was only a joke...

actually, no. But I'm listening to it right now.

Aaah....I see. a sewing workshop...

any pic of the dress? The first one she didn't want to work on. Pics of the others would be cool too. Especially the ones made out of the belt loops and waistbands...

Okay, but only because you asked for it.

And just think, if it had not been for outsourcing these ladies may still be working in a factory working for the man, now they are doing something they enjoy doing and expressing themselves.

I'm not sure which ones in particular she was talking about, but here are some pics she sent me today. The first one is with the belt loops.

I can't believe I'm posting pictures of clothing on this board.

Remember, Pac asked for it.

ok...so perhaps my picture obsession has gone a bit overboard. I really do need to get my bike fixed.

Just wanted to get a real appreciation for what it is your mom does. Very cool, mang!
