That can practice in Ohio and represent me against my former employer? They are trying to withhold money from my final compensation and not pay me on bonuses that are owed to me. It might just take a threatening phone call to clear it up but I am not sure. They are dragging thier feet in responding to me, the same tactic they use when paying thier subcontractors.

I studied law for a little bit and realized that law school is a joke and prepares you for nothing, however, I have a friend who practices in erie county that i could forward his info to you.

A letter properly worded from an atty with letterhead on it will get you much more than a phone call.

More amazing is what sitting out on the doorstep of the contractor when they open in the morning with a baseball bat slung over your shoulder can accomplish.

Ask me how i know....

Good luck John...sorry i cant help, all my lawyers are in Chicago.

You may be able to get the U.S. Department of Labor to do it for you for free....they get ticked off quick when employers don't pay employees....
