Is the Dragster faster & Better then a ZX-12

Do you think that the Italjet Dragster scooter is better then a ZX-12.. I at least think It looks better..... But could it be faster ??? At least its in production..

Some one should challenge the person giving us flack about their wish bike ( not made yet ) as beeing faster...
