Since completing Raydog's (Doyle) bike with the turbo and cleaning everything up it has been said several times that the tail section is to fat for the slim downed front. Well as you know these customs are never truly done, EVER! Doyle and I felt the GSXR 1000 tail section would make the bike...

It certainly makes it distinctive...anyone who is in doubt about what my bike is instantly identifies with the tail hump...

I’ll have these for sale soon. Way cheaper then other options, looks better, and uses a factory Busa seat.

I haven’t had a chance to revisit this since I made the first one. Too many other projects going on.

I just bought a k7 gsxr1000 subframe for really cheap, and modified it to fit the frame horns.
I think I have $300 in the whole setup. Had to heat gun the seat a bit for tank fitment. Overall, pretty easy to do if you have a buddy that tig welds. My bike gets completely painted in a week and I hope to make a whole new post showing it off. I found my subframe for $65, new plastics for $150 shipped, and lights were ebay specials, along with the seat(used K7 that I made into a gel saddleman myself, and re-covered)
