Will the toll reader work through the rear seat or hump?

Toll costs vary at almost every toll location in FL. We are now going to toll by plate or transponder only and riders get crazy on trying to avoid the tolls.. I’ve seen covering the plate with their feet as they go by, trying to ride outside the camera view, if in a group they’ll stay tight so all the plates aren’t read… it’s nuts. Most toll cost ranges from .50c to $1.25??? and of course the longer you’re on the toll the more expensive it is. The new “Express” lanes can be $30 depending on traffic and time of day!!!
If I need the toll road I take it, but for the most part I can find alternate, more fun and sometimes safer routes.

My son mentioned this to me when we were visiting as they have a toll bridge where he lives, the bridge authorities currently use some sort of micro-card system that is non-transferrable. Currently he has to stop and present this card to the reader in order to pass on his bike, he and many others have been looking for a solution to this but as of yet haven't been successful....

These stickers have a special coating and tape to stick to the inside of a windshield but don't work on curved windshields like most bikes have...he could fabricate a Lexan or Plexiglas plate and attach it to his mirror but then he has an ugly square thing stuck to his mirror.
