Is this off my Busa?

After buttoning up the Busa and getting ready to roll it off the table I found this on the right side of the table. Never saw it before and it looks doubtfull that it came off my bike but how it ended up on the table is????? Its plastic/rubber and is about 2" long. Looks like a clear piece of garden hose. Anyone ever seen this on your bike?

Am I remembering wrong or does that thing slide over one of the hoses, acting as an insulator where the hose might rub on something? Pair valve to air box hose? Bueller? Anyone?

That is a Lord Humongous supercharger air induction system. Don't throw it away, they sell for $295 and will give your busa 35 more HP!

That's all I could think of but I didn't disconnect any hoses, just swapped out the left side fairing. Found the hose on the right side of my work table as well, but it could have rolled over there. Never saw it before and can't figure where it came from if it (didn't) come from the bike???

Could it have been in the "pocket" that is formed by the little cover on the front of the fairing that is held on by the three screws? Maybe from working on it some other time? I keep my stash in there...I mean....
