Saturday we had a yard sale. What was left over I put in a good sized box. Yesterday I place all the trash out on the sidewalk for this morning’s pick up. I take one final bag out this AM and things look out of place. The big box, which I had closed up, was now open. So, not only did they rummage through it and take some of the crap out, but they PUT A MICROWAVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!! What the heck!!! Worst part is I was awake and sitting here in the front bedroom between 5:30 and 6:30 when the swap occurred and never saw or heard a thing!

O well, thought I would share. Guess it’s better than being chased by a pack of Pomeranians!

I make a good bit of money on the side digging through trash. You'd be surprised to know what people, (Read, businesses), will toss out. Barnes & Noble for example completely purges their shelves about once a month.

I have been diving industrial and commercial for about a year and have yet to be confronted. I am a bit paranoid, but at the same time, I am sort of curious as to what the typical confrontation is like-- especially by police. I never dive behind anything locked so I can't imagine it would be too strenuous-- but who knows, it's a crazy america out there.
