Ive been told I cant use pazzos on genII

Only one way to tell. I'd talk to pashnit or pazzo direct though. They did redesign the perch but with a riser it seems to be a crapshoot since stock geometry has changed.

Chris, possibly the best person to answer this is someone that has risers too.
The issue we talked a lot about Pazzos back in 2009 for them touching the fairing on the right side has been fixed with a new lever issued just for the 2008+ busa. You can also retrofit a Gen-I pair of pazzos to fit the new 08+ with a simple $40 replacement part.
Other bit of advice is once they are on there, is loosen up the levers and rotate up-down & in-out to find the best clearance if you feel it's an issue when you get them installed.
This is the part that made the pazzos finally fit the 08+.

Mine work perfect! They dont even come close to touching.

I run them with aftermarket triple and the brake side hits~!~
The Heli's don't have as much rise as 1 1/4" spacers do? Or do they? ???
