well, it as time for a new chain, so i decided to go with a new pair of sprockets this time. besides never wanting to change out a stock front sprocket ever again.... the rest of the ordeal was pretty easy. now, after ready NUMEROUS reviews on how "great" this mod was (i also did a -1/+2 on ym old R6 and it REALLY woke the bike up), i dicided to go with it. its been a solid week now and im not real "thrilled" with it. i do notice how it REALLY likes to be in the power band as well as just accelerate like a mofo. i dont like how i can only do like 181 now 
but IMO, its nice cause now it seems the bike is always in a powerband, even in 6th gear doing like 45 mph (or atleast it gets ride of that bogging feeling). maybe i was just use to my old R6 and how the thing just wanted to wheelie like crazy :/ im still glad i did it though, to bad my friends with the 05+ gsxr 1ks dont like it, cause now i can actually pass them like they r standing still.... atleast till 181, then they slowly pass me.. hahahaha
