Just got my new tires

I finally dropped my bike off at the shop yesturday to have the tires, chain, and sprokets replaced. When I got back up there this morning to pick it up this is what I found.
When they balanced the tires they left the old sticker glue on the rims.
Rear rim scratched.
Front tire mounted backward.
Once they turned the tire around found front rim scratched.

Atleast they put a new set of rims on order for me.

If you still need rims I am going to try to get the old ones back from them. I'll let you know if I can get them.

Funny you should mention new tires JW. I just ordered me a set of Metzeler Sportec M1's from Parts411.com. Can't wait to get 'em on.

That is what they did. When I was complaining about it the service guy told me that I wasn't the only one with this problem. It sounds like the tire machine is a piece of junk that needs to be replaced. Hopefully they won't scratch up the new rims when they come in.
