Just replaced the brakes, still squeaks

Why are my brakes squealing when I am not braking but stop when I am? I just replaced the brakes.

The brakes ride just touching the disks.
I would jack the front end up and spin the wheel and make sure they are not dragging too much.
A little is normal.
Too much and it could seize the wheel.
Did you bed the new brakes in?

did you clean old pad material off rotors before you put new ones on ?
If not a scotchbrite pad on both for a few mins may help ?

ok, I said "I" to save a story.

(this is the way condensed version) the guy I bought it from 2 months ago just had the brakes changed. but he hit a pot hole after that. bent the rim. gave me a new rim to replace the bent one.got everything changed over. now it squeaks.

Bearings? I thought my squeak was the breaks also, replaced pads (needed them anyway) and squeak was still there and getting worse.

Ended up being my bearings.
