It looks like it was a repo job. They just grab the car and litterally drag it to a safe place where they can hook it down.

2 thoughts... either forgot to tie the wheel or this was a repo gone bad... the repo guys back in with a stinger and drives away pronto to secure loads down the street.. there appeared to be no straps on the wheels to the wheel lift

LOL sucks for their insurance company the Tow company that is lol one of my cousins drivers but a bently threw the service doors of the bently shop sucked for the driver and my cousins insurance
