Hello anyone using these in a stock bike ?? do you need to do any adjustments my bike is totally stock with only a TRE just thinking it may affect it with more air flow??

your stock ecu should probably adjust. It might even richen up a bit, believe it or not when it comes to the busa the paper filter (stock) is probably better for flow. The only advantage w/a K&N is that you dont have to replace it. When I put my full system on I dynoed the same w/ my stock filter as with none at all. Then about 1-3hp less w/ a K&N, top end being about 1 hp loss

K&N makes good products but their air filter for the Busa doesn't seem to work. Try BMC air filter it's what Yoshimura uses and I've heard nothing but good about them.

I've heard the same about the BMC "race" filter flowing better, and that the K&N flows worse than a clean stock filter. Of course, I got a K&N first thing. Now I'm considering a BMC before I go to the dyno. Also, just as an aside: when I put an HMF dual high-mount full system on with the K&N, the bike seems to be running pretty rich. I haven't pulled the plugs, but the exhaust pipes look pretty sooty. Mileage has dropped alot too. Hopefully, the TEKA tune (coming in a week or so) will solve this.
