Keyboardist for Rock group Lynyrd Skynyrd died today, possibly from a heart attack. He missed his appointment with his doc the day before for a cardiac exam. Just sad......

I just had an echocardiogram and a lung function test and a slew of other things, all for free because I'm in a study medication program for the migraines I get, and its a drug Im on anyway so its a win win...and it saves me 700$ a month for a year
