Thanks for the replies!!!! The KenMan is a bike nut at age 10. Earl, my wife has a nursing conference on Saturday. I need to get the details on it from her. Sunday might be the day for me. I would like to go up and bust a few twisties. I know BJ would probably be up to it...

Last night I showed my son the pics from our mountain ride. He asked if I had put up his page of pics. I told him I would so I am. Quite a few pics so it takes a minute or two. Hey, thanks for checking it out. Drop him a reply... He'll get a kick of it.

All will notice that emattson says "I'll have to check with wife before I can go riding" What kind of "nursing" conferance is that on Sat? Hmmmmmmmm I'm glad I wear the pants in my family!!! I checked out the site and saw a bike for sale in my area. Sent an e-mail to the seller. Thanks for the link. The KenMan has a MiniMoto and dirt bike now, But the YSR is a step in the right direction. I've seen them at the tracks, and they are cool rides. How old is Conner? The KenMan is 10.

I checked out the site and saw a bike for sale in my area. Sent an e-mail to the seller. Thanks for the link. The KenMan has a MiniMoto and dirt bike now, But the YSR is a step in the right direction. I've seen them at the tracks, and they are cool rides. How old is Conner? The KenMan is 10.

Notwithstanding my previous email about the girlfriend, I will be riding Sat., but unless I can find a new battery for the Busa, it may be on another of my bikes.
The dealer who set up the bike totally screwed the neg terminal of the battery and the connector of the neg wiring harness.
It was only making partial contact and apparently didn't allow the battery to be charged properly.
It took me a half an hour to get the battery out! Plus I had to leave the Busa at work overnight. Retail outlets, like Pep Boys and Walmart, didn't have the YT12a-BS, or ANY listings for 99 bikes. I was PISSED!
BTW, Eric, sorry for corrupting your thread, but I did check out the pictures. Ken-Man is the MAN in the pits! Perhaps, soon, on the track, too! Sorry you're "sidelined" Sat. Later,

Nailz, Connor is 11 & has the bug. He can't race until 13 though according to the sanctioning bodies. He also has a go-kart that he tears around on. Thinking about getting him into racing karts, he can do that at his age. I wish I was my kid!
