We will need more info than that please. Gen 1 or 2? Kills in first gear? When you put it in gear, or it dies while idling? What is your idle when in Neutral?

Based on the very limited information provided by the OP, my guess is a loose kickstand switch wire or bad kickstand switch. Making assumptions here but if the kickstand switch is flaky, the bike may die when going into gear...but not all the time. Then, when he accelerates hard, the switch kills it again.
