Anyone got this video camera? having issues. I bought a 32g card for it and it wont read it for some reason. It is supposed to handle that size but it wont work. i updated the firmware. Im at a loss. I bought it so i can use it at the gap when i go down there on the 7th but im at a loss.. any ideas out there?

Did you follow these steps and it didn't work???

1. Turn off the Zi6.
2. Remove the memory card and verify that you are using the correct type of memory card. (For more information, refer to your camera User's Guide, available at Interface Selector.)
3. Put the memory card back in the video camera.
4. Press and hold the Delete and Review buttons at the same time, and turn on the camera. The Settings menu appears.
5. Using the joystick, scroll down to Format.
6. Select drive D for the memory card. (Drive A is for the internal memory.)
7. Press the joystick (OK button) to format the memory card.
8. When formatting is finished, turn the camera off and back on again.


Is it an SD or SDHC memory card???

I got it to work thankfully. I guess it was the firmware. i downloaded it once but i didnt do it right so i did it again and got it right this time. shew....

I have it. I like it a lot..just wish it had better zoom.
