launching new bike

i'm actually building a turbo busa that will run 69 inch and will be around 675lbs with rider . i got a slider in it and running the cut frame in the back to have a better launch with a 7 inch m/t.
is 200 at the wheel to mutch at launch or can it take more without getting up ?
