Yep. There are no reisiters in them. The just the total of the led ohmage in paralell. little to none. Same for the wattage. Maybe 1-2 total. Ill dig it up. To slow the flash rate down you will need a flash controler. Sometimes a HD flasher unit installed will correct it.
Do a search it's been hit on about 50-11 times.

The problem will be solved with a pair of (20W) resistors parallell connected with the LED:s. Got some 15, 6.7, 4.8, 2.5 Ohms of these in a few days. These will work, but if I knew the wattage of the LED:s it would be easier to just connect the right ones instead of trial and error.... :-)
