lighting issue

I got switchbacks from john at the bash, where do I plug in the white connectors?
I also got HID's, the ballasts both work, the low beam works, but the high beams does not. Everything that can be plugged in is and there is only one place each can be plugged in. any ides?

None on switchbacks but on highbeam the plug that goes into your factory plug going to light can go in either way .
Try flipping it around 180 degrees and I bet it will work .
I had same prob with my Hibeam.
Then I noticed that unlike most clip style plugs the one from DDM , again this is plug from ballast going to light bulb , can go in either way .
As soon as I flipped it it worked.

It works!! I cant believe that I put that in backwards, I feel like an Idiot.

If it can go either way , no way is backwards .
It's just easy to put it in both ways is all .
Happy it works now and happy to have been able to help .


Ps.....what are you doing working on your bike at 3am in da morn ?
My wife will be first to tell you this is not normal and she does not like it !

Switchbacks, assuming John used the factory style plug, would go in the spare connector found just to the right side of the headlight assembly inside the front fairing (look towards the upper area). It's only about 2" long and comes out of the harness that wraps inside the front fairing left to right. If you have the gauges off you should be able to reach inside and feel it, if you have the fairing off and can't find it we have an issue.

Didnt look there, I checked the harnesses runnning to and from the gauges ect... Ill look up top for the spare connector. Nice of Suzuki to install a spare for us

Yea... it's a small two pin connector that's shoved way in the right corner of the nose, topside. That's pretty much what will be telling the switchbacks to come on w/ the ignition.
