Hey Dobie,
I just got my Busa last night from the dealership, I have the Brothers Alum twin slip-ons and it sounds perfect.... nice strong low tone at idle and at rpm.... any louder and I might have to send them back... I think it was a great balance of tone and volume.
I heard the stock and the Brothers on the showroom floor and the Brothers really opened my eyes and ears.
Makes me wonder how much more different it would be if the cats some how fell out? LOL

well... WHEN mine comes in, I think im gunna take the reflectors off before a new exhaust
Remove reflectors,eliminate fender and gel seat. Parts waiting to be put on when I get it back GSX-R mirrors,brake lines,07 GSX-R clutch and front brake mastercylinders.

I have been looking at those mirrors. They are very functional and thats more than the mirrors on some of my past bikes but they just dont go with the flow of the Busa IMO. Look blocky and dated.
GSXR mirrors bolt right up and fit perfectly? Have to check that out.
The warning stickers and reflectors came off right away as I cant stand them.
Moreboost how is the new exhaust on decel, any popping or backfiring? I think I will wait a while on exhaust and see some more systems when they come out. The fueling is good on this bike and I am not looking for power gains.
I am thinking some Pazzo levers, frame sliders, DB screen and later some Carrozzeria (sp?) wheels.
Anyone have frame sliders on an 08 yet?

I've done pipes, removed the mud flap and got new levers. I've taken pictures but have to post up later. The levers are SR-24 Adjustable Racing Levers http://stmachine.com/bike....61eabf, the pipes are hand tigged Speedway oval megaphones with snuff-or-nots, I moved the tag up under the tail-light and mounted it by diagonally bending and drilling two 1 x 1/8" aluminum flat bar 2-1/2 inches long, worked great and bolted up using the 2 rear most mud flap mounting holes.

lowered , tobin seat , alien, PC mapped to 194 rwhp, clutch mod ,double bubble, removed decals, reflectors and doing the fender and upper triple tree this week ,
stock set up and 174 rwhp i went 9.67 @ 144mph (with just the clutch mod) , we'll see what she does with the goodies on her
low 9's

Scoot are the levers the same as the Gen I Busa and what Pazzo's did you get and where is the best price?eliminated the rear fender..mirror block off plates....powdercoated rearsets and rear passenger pegs..waiting on the exhaust and pazzo racing levers...exhaust and pc soon...who knows
Need some group buys on stuff like this
