What kind of hesitation and how close are the rpms? I have dual devil high mounts; after installing a PC3 usb, I developed a hesitation between 3500 and 4500 rpms...didn't start right away though. A custom map fixed the fuel/air ration and my hesitation went away. Maybe you don't have the right muzzy map loaded or need a custom map???

CHECK THE THROTTLE POSITION SENSER MINE WAS OFF FROM FACTORY AS MOST 2002 AND UP ARE CHECK OUT BROCK DAVIDSON SITE I BOUGHT THE BDE STREET SMART EXHAUST /SMALL AIRBOX MOD /PAIR VALVE REMOVED/PCIIIR AND HAD SAME STUMBLE AFTER READING THIS SUBJECT ON BROCKS SITE AND DOING WHAT THE SITE SAYS STUMBLE WAS GONE

I think it's a delayed reaction to the throttle twist.Sorry for the ignorance... but what is a hesitation shupposed to mean
I went down and had the shop put a custom map in it and like you said the problem went away. it could use a little more fine tuning but it runs pretty good right now.

I'm trying to attach the dialogue from Brock's site that deals with the TPS adjustment. I hope I did the attachment correctly and I hope it helps. I just had the street megaphone Gen3 system installed and I'm detecting a slight stumble myself. The attachment talks about making the several times.......I'm wondering if my dealer didn't need to tweak the adjustment a little more. I know they addressed it. They called Brock during the system install. I'm taking the bike in tomorrow and I'm going to give them a copy of this attachment.
