Never mind just read your signature!
Remove tail light lens take out bulb on left side, using needle nose pliers twist socket to remove it and let it fall inside, now take wire coat hanger with hook bent on the end and reach in to hole provided from now missing light socket and bend it to reach the point the cable hooks to the latch and pull it towards the left!
This is how I did mine when I forgot to hook the cable back up.

YES I DID! Not too proud, but there was no way in he!! I was gonna cut my carbon under tail to get it open.
