Your 2nd question raises a question I'll post here. The Gen 2 has 2 pairs of injectors with the 2nd pair only marginally introducing fuel until around 5500 rpm when all 4 injectors are active. Wondering if the Gen 3 is configured the same. My guess is they are the same.

I raise this as it mildly relates to your 2nd question re: shifting.
Do LPC's ever do pro bono? Why can't I obey posted speed limits when riding a Gen 2 Hayabusa?? Troubled minds (and a couple of my relatives who do NOT ride) want to know.
