Drove by , did a headjerk, had to stop and turn around to talk to the owner and steal a pic or two.
Older guy about 60 or so with leathers in white t shirt sitting at a pub with the gent riding the Duke !

Yeah they are. I stood there for like 20 mins 'bothering' them... hoping they would leave so I could hear it.
I bet that thing sounded like a little buzzsaw and I aslo bet it was fassssssssssT !

Boy, that is one sweet ride! Amazing condition and likely sounds a lot like my old RZ. Was he a pretty small guy? Too bad there isn't a shot from the front so we could see the lights and fairing design? I would be very, very proud to have that in my garage.

The front of it if I remember had like a slit in the front of it horizontally .
Don't know if there was a light or not .
I was really parked with Blanca out in traffic as you can see and did really take the right time to park properly . Talked to them for a bit and snapped the pics .
If you look at third picture you can see the owner looking at me with leg crossed , Ducatti owner has jeans and black jacket .
Top left of pic he is sitting with leathers and white T shirt on .

love the kick start on it

Back in the day I used to love watching my buds try to kick start their big ol' 1200cc Harleys. Once they'd get 'em going I'd reach down with my right hand and fire off my little ol' RD400 with relative ease. I'd tell 'em "it's not a horse, you shouldn't have to kick it to get it to go". What really burned 'em was that they knewthere wasn't a race they could come up with that the RD(far from stock) wouldn't smoke 'em bad.
