Looking for a particular fender eliminator kit

I saw a particular fender eliminator kit on a guys bike at the drag strip one night and I can't seem to find out who makes it.
It consisted of the clear oval L.E.D. tail light and a plastic? colour matched inner rear wheel well...

that's just about all of the fender eliminator kits. did it look kinda like a stock tail light?
