Guys and gals, i have obtain that 1979 El Camino which is powered by the true 1970 1/2 LT1 350 out of my Z28 that I have followed for approx 28 years. With it came the dual snorkel breather which is the original. I will be taking the unit minus the lid to a local powder coating shop and have it semi gloss black but I have no on here in Colorado Springs that does Chrome work, not even the local bumper shop! can anyone help me out with whom is know to do the best chrome work so I can get the lid tripple chrome plated of show quality! Tons of stuff and refs on the web but I trust the org members more then family! Suggestions please.
