yep - the bike has no hubs at all - The back "wheel" rides on the outside of another wheel (via some sort of bearings) that is bolted directly to the "frame" - back wheel uses the same concept as a ferris wheel - motor turns roller that rides up against tire. You can pretty much see how the front wheel works.

Its cool because its almost like the bike has no wheels, brakes, sprockets, belt/chain, frame or swingarm. Notice how it has no downtubes on the fram and the bodywork IS the suppoerting chassis of the bike. Truly amazing. Find more pics at www.amenmotorcycles.com
