Anyone dealt with Schnitz lately??
I've e-mailed them a few times for some info, but with no replies.
Wanna buy something, and need to know if they take paypal, and how much shipping will be to BC Canada.
I filled out the checkout thing, and know roughly how much shipping will be, but want to make double sure.
Any other members had trouble???

i deal with them alot but i call them, never on email. they are really good, it is the bike season right now & maybe the stuff will be on back order, i am waiting for some parts from trac dynamics for over 1 month now & still waiting. schintz are good, what are you trying to buy?
 
Actually, I've been reading that Schnitz hasn't been doing to well on the Customer Service front. Wrong shipments, poor contact, etc.

Caveat emptor.
 
I dont email either ,, i always call . i have had good luck the one time i have bought from them .. fast shipment.
 
I have had several orders with them...I always call...Have not had a problem with them...Good knowledge and fast delivery...

CALL you will get a good sales service person on the line that will get you answers.
