lowered issues

I have a 08 wich I currently have lowered 2in with the links the only reason Its lowered is because of reach issues im on 5'6" and cant really touch the ground and dont weigh enough to make the supension compress kinda sucks. I really dont care for it lowered though as far as handling and everything goes it also squeeks in the rear when hitting bumps and at times the cats hit the ground over dips and stuff. I want to put it back up to stock settings just wondering if anyone knows of a seat or something that is made that will give you a little bit of lowering or if someone makes boots of some sort that have a thicker sole that will give you a little more height. I did some searching and couldnt really come up with much of anything any help would be appreciated thanks.

You can get a custom cut seat made that lowers about an inch. I am sure someone will chime in and tell you where you can get this. if not do a search on seats and you will find the info on your own. in the forum. Hope this helps!

pull the vinyl off your stock seat, trim away and re staple...its pretty easy...you can find a good shoe/boot repair shop and have them add 1 or so inches to your favorite riding boots, make sure you re adjust your brake and shifter lever for the taller shoes

I'm 5'8" and it worked for me. I also ride with Dr. Martens which have a pretty thick sole.

I checked out the tobin seats they look really good and i see they are located about a hour and a half from my house. so maybe i can cut around a inch or so there and get some thick boots and be all set thanks guys. All i found before when i did a seat search was ones for racing that were solid fiberglass or something and thats def not what i wanted need a little bit of comfort at least.
