Lowering question

I have researched all of the old threads and couldn't get a difinitive answer on this question; how low can the front be lowered before there are clearance issues? By clearance issues I mean: front fender to fairing; front wheel to radiator; and header to ground?

The bike is used mainly for sport touring. It will see some twisty riding but not overly aggresive. He currently has no chicken strip on the rear tire and about 1/4" chicken strip on the front tire. He's never touched anything down either. Rider weight is 160 lbs. and he never rides with a passenger.

I wouldn't go any lower than1.5" on the front.
