OK, very close. No longer spewing oil everywhere. Took Lucky's advice (thanks again for the help!)and leveled out the oil return line, and rotated the turbo so oil feed is almost at top and return is almost lowest point. A drip or two out of the return line seal, but that's any easy fix (as opposed to ripping the whole thing apart again!). Power Commander is still stuttering hard on small throttle openings (old problem). I'll be cleaning the contacts first chance I get. Got on it in third gear coming into work. Definate increase in power, and the wastegate opened up as well, so I may have boost now too. Will connect the gauge tonight (off for now to get oil out of airbox) and do a few test runs when traffic clears.
