Lumpy Tickover

Hi All
Had my Blue/Silver 00 Busa for about 3 months now done 2,600 miles on it .all have been faultless until about a week ago .Now the tickover is well lumpy/erratic and even cuts out . Anyideas where to start .

Pete do a search on tps or TPS, there's gobs of stuff on this. Seems a pc2 and running tps high, combined with lots of redline injector cleaner soes the trick. In your case maybe just the cleaner. Your mate No Nuts just went thru this...
 
If it was fine, and now its not, I would say clogged filters. Don't play with TPS if it was running okay.

#1 check plugs (thats your one!!)
#2 redline
If this don't cure it, pump apart, 3 filters in pump, 1 in bottom of tank and 1 in each injector.

Here's a thought..Did it start happening just after a service or just after the fuel tank was lifted up??

right last service was at 600 miles so can't imagine thats the cause of the problem .Suppose it's now time to get the pump of and check the filters .
 
Have you lifted the tank recently??

If so then you might have kinked the return line at the junction with the fuel tank. (pull back metal spring cover and look for crease marks in hose.....BE CAREFUL if you have the origional clamps on they are liable to come off and you end up with a floor full of fuel!!)

When the hose gets hot it is so pliable it kinks real easy.

I would check this first.
