Major Problem HELP HELP

I went to wire in my turn signals into my brake lights with a assimilator ll since I have a Euro Tail I just put on with LEDs and I hit a wrong wire..I heard like a fuse pop..well I opened up the front and the signal fuse 15amp was blown..replaced it and I still have no brake lights or dash lights ..what happened and did I blow something else...HELP

check all the fuses, and the large square one that sits up there too, all kinds of shid runs thru that block.

Got it fixed........I had a wire shorting out....kept blowing the fuse....thanks for the imput...laters bro
