make your airbox inlets line up

Put it on, tightened up the stack clamps, then straddled front tire, pulled box toward me, held it and tightened the 10mm in front.
Rode around a while, came back and pulled the box off, YES the indentations on the
foam now look perfect.

Even better is to use a rubber plumbing fitting and completely cut off the foam and flanges of the stock box. Then using special large diameter hose clamps you can completely seal up the airbox/frame interface. I bought my supplies at Home depot from the plumbing department for about $8.

Why not use rubber hose just like on the Kawasaki ZZR 600 (ZX600 in usa) comes through frame and inside airbox inlets, thus all air has to go into box!!

Just a thought

JC is this why you keep smoking people on the track????? :D :D :D
