it's a tensioner for the cam chain and it keeps tension on the chain.

On the Busa it is a automatic adjuster for the cam chain.
On an over head cam engine the cam chain(timing Chain) the distance between the cams and the crank shaft is quit long. The tensioner is used to keep the chain from flapping around but placing a side load on it thus keeping it tight. Just like the tension pulley on a car with a serpentine fan belt.
I think there are a few people around here that have made the switch so some one should know.

I put one on a buddy of mines busa and I just took the line off the front of the block and cam chain tensioner and used a shorter bolt and crush washer to plug the whole on the block where the CCT feed line went.
